It’s regarded as one of the most family-friendly neighborhoods within Long Beach.

Welcome to Belmont Heights

Step into this calm, inviting neighborhood with a family-friendly culture, all just minutes from Downtown
While the palm-tree-lined streets and balmy weather of Belmont Heights might be typical of most Long Beach neighborhoods, the community’s peaceful ambiance carries with it a quiet, residential charm that’s hard to find in the tourism-dense city. It’s regarded as one of the most family-friendly neighborhoods within Long Beach, and its proximity to Downtown allows residents to choose from a bounty of entertainment — on their own terms and time frames.
Belmont Heights commemorates the old, bygone city of the same name, which was incorporated in 1908 and annexed to Long Beach the following year. The neighborhood is boarded by the communities of Alamitos Heights and Carroll Park, positioned right next to the golden shoreline of Long Beach City Beach.
Upscale, single-family, and multi-family homes abound in Belmont Heights, each presenting with its own distinctive style. The architecture of residential real estate options reflects the community’s long, rich history, and designs can run the gamut between historic bungalows and transitional new-builds.
