Get to Know Me

Ron was born in the Philippines and moved to California when he was 12. He graduated from the University of California - Riverside with a degree in Biochemistry with an emphasis in Medical Sciences. 
 
Ron comes from a family of healthcare services professionals; but halfway through college, after watching hours of HGTV, Ron found that his real passion is in real estate. He has experience working at a top producing residential real estate team, a top commercial brokerage firm, and two different real estate/tech startups which both eventually went public. 
 
With over 200 closed transactions and $150 million in sales volume, Ron Costa is among the top real estate agents in Long Beach and the greater Los Angeles area. He is also a member of the Forbes Real Estate Council and a “Best of Zillow'“ agent. Currently, he is the Brokerage Director at OpenAiRE, a luxury real estate brokerage based in Los Angeles, CA.
 
His broad experience and background give him knowledge and unique insight to help anyone from a young professional buying their first home to an experienced investor selling their portfolio of income properties. 
 
During his free time, you can find Ron at his usual running route from Belmont Shore to Alamitos Beach or in his living room watching the latest show on Netflix.
